TERMS OF USE – MADE IN VIETNAM B2B PLATFORM

MADE IN VIETNAM B2B (“We” or “The Platform”) is a global B2B connection platform in the fields of import–export, logistics, customs documentation services, business cooperation, and investment opportunities. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the following terms.

Article 1. General Terms and Scope of Application

1.1. These Terms of Use apply to all users who access, provide content, interact, or conduct any activities on the MADE IN VIETNAM B2B platform.

1.2. We may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version takes effect immediately once published on the platform.

Article 2. Account Registration and Use

2.1. Users must provide complete and accurate information during registration or when submitting content.

2.2. Users are fully responsible for managing their accounts (if applicable) and all actions taken under their accounts.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account found to violate these Terms or showing signs of fraud, impersonation, or abuse.

Article 3. Rules for Information Disclosure

3.1. Users guarantee that all information provided on the platform is truthful, lawful, not misleading, and does not infringe on the rights of any party.

3.2. Permissible information includes but is not limited to: products and services, logistics/customs support, business cooperation opportunities, factory data, certifications, product images, technical specifications, service descriptions, etc.

Article 4. User-Submitted Content

4.1. All content must be submitted via email or designated forms. The platform does not allow users to directly post content.

4.2. We reserve the right to moderate, revise, reject, or remove content at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

4.3. Users bear full responsibility for their submitted content, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy, legality, and completeness;

  • Lawful ownership of images, documents, trademarks, and branding;

  • Ensuring no violation of intellectual property or third-party rights.

Article 5. Moderation Policy and Platform’s Liability Limitation

5.1. The platform only moderates content to ensure alignment with international business purposes and our platform guidelines.

5.2. Moderation does not imply verification or guarantee of legal compliance or accuracy of the content.

5.3. Users are solely responsible for verifying and assessing any information before making business or commercial decisions.

Article 6. User Responsibilities

6.1. Comply with applicable local laws and the laws of Vietnam (where the platform is headquartered).

6.2. Do not use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or money-laundering activities, or for spreading false or misleading information.

6.3. Do not post content that infringes on the honor, reputation, or privacy of individuals or organizations.

6.4. Users are liable for any disputes or legal issues arising from the content they provide or the interactions they initiate through the platform.

Article 7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All platform elements including interface, structure, logo, design, database, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of MADE IN VIETNAM B2B.

7.2. Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, or exploit any part of the platform without written consent.

7.3. The platform shall not be held liable for any infringement of copyright or intellectual property by user-submitted content.

Article 8. Third-Party Links and Content

8.1. The platform may display links or references to third-party websites, platforms, or services as submitted by users or partners.

8.2. We assume no legal responsibility for any content, service, reliability, or damage arising from third-party links.

8.3. Users voluntarily access third-party sites and accept all associated risks.

Article 9. Disclaimer of Liability

9.1. The platform shall not be liable for:

  • Any transaction, contract, damage, or dispute between parties connecting through the platform;

  • Any issues between sellers, buyers, logistics providers, customs agents, or business partners;

  • Any indirect losses caused by technical errors, service interruptions, viruses, or force majeure events.

9.2. The platform only serves as an intermediary connecting space and does not represent, endorse, or intervene in user transactions.

Article 10. Suspension or Termination of Access

10.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Violation of applicable laws;

  • Disruption or abuse of the platform;

  • Harmful conduct that affects the user community or the platform’s operation.

Article 11. Revisions and Updates

11.1. MADE IN VIETNAM B2B may revise these Terms of Use at any time.

11.2. Continued use of the platform after updates means users agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Article 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

12.2. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be submitted to a competent court located at the platform’s head office in Vietnam.
